Belief, Attitude and Behaviour on Climate Change and Energy Security: Interim Findings
This workshop will present and discuss the interim findings of the first phase of the project Belief, Attitude and Behaviour on Climate Change and Energy Security. The project analyses public values and attitudes in relation to debates over climate change and energy security in the UK, the role of the media in formation of beliefs, and public trust in different bodies. A first series of focus groups took place across the country in the last quarter of 2011 and patterns of beliefs and behaviours can already be drawn from these. The methodology used and the preliminary findings will be discussed along with wider issues of the media and climate change and energy security.
Attendance at this event is by invitation only.
