The situation in Syria currently remains unstable, and the violence shows no sign of abating. With an impasse in the UN Security Council and the Arab League facing criticism over its inaction, the speakers will discuss the ongoing situation in Syria with a focus on the role of the international community. They will also explore the impact of events in Syria on its neighbours, and the repercussions on regional stability.

This event will no longer be live streamed.

The event will be held under the Chatham House Rule.
