Dr Lam Akol will give his thoughts about democracy and pluralism in South Sudan and talk about the most pressing internal issues for this fledgling state. Dr Akol has been the leader of the largest opposition party in South Sudan, SPLM-DC, since his split from the SPLM in 2009.
