Professor Sir Adam Roberts will discuss recent prevailing attitudes to counterterrorism and issues of sovereignty and transnationalism in relation to the legacy of the late foreign minister of Sri Lanka, Lakshman Kadirgamar. The panel will then discuss the importance and possibility of building international consensus against terrorism while preserving democratic values and protecting national interests.
