Overview

The panel will evaluate the role of the public and private sectors in spurring innovation and explore the link between high-risk entrepreneurial investments and economic growth. They will consider the responsibilities of the state in supporting innovation and how the risks and rewards can be managed to ensure that economic growth is inclusive and sustainable.
