The prime minister of Hungary will argue that EU member states must pursue institutional changes to regain control over government finances and create an environment enabling economic growth. He will discuss the policy approach taken in Hungary, based upon what he considers traditional socio-economic strengths and values, as a viable model for the rest of the EU.
