An Association Agreement for Ukraine: What Difference Would It Make?

15 October 2013 - 11:30am to 1:00pm

Chatham House, London

Konstiantyn Yelisieiev, Adviser to the President of Ukraine; Ambassador of Ukraine to the EU

The debate on whether or not the EU should sign an Association Agreement with Ukraine has intensified ahead of the forthcoming Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius in November. Some observers have questioned the regime's willingness to implement reforms and hence the country's ability to take advantage of the tools offered by the Association Agreement.

At this roundtable event, Konstiantyn Yelisieiev will discuss the government's plans for the implementation of the Association Agreement and the impact it could have on the country.

Attendance at this event is by invitation only.
