This event will launch her autobiography A sopa da Madrugada – Das reformas à transformação económica e social em Moçambique 1994-2009, (Soup Before Sunrise: From Reform to the Social and Economic Transformation of Mozambique 1994–2009), a behind-the-scenes account of the Mozambican government in the 1990s and 2000s.
