G20 Summit Governance: A Growing Success?

10 February 2014 - 12:00 to 14:00

Chatham House, London

Professor John Kirton, Director, G8 Research Group, University of Toronto
Chair: Paola Subacchi, Research Director, International Economics, Chatham House

This event will see the presentation of 'The Growing Success of G20 Summit Governance' by Professor John Kirton. Professor Kirton offers a contrasting analysis to the observers who argue that the performance of G20 summits has been in sharp decline since the early summits of Washington, London and, arguably, Pittsburgh. This talk will provide a concluding jump-off for a discussion of prospects for the Brisbane summit.

This event will be held under the Chatham House Rule.

Attendance at this event is strictly by invitation only.
