Summary

Soren Kirk Jensen is an associate fellow of the Africa Programme. His research focuses on promoting transparency and accountability in extractive industries, the revenue side of public financial management and fiscal revenue diversification in resource rich African countries. Soren has worked extensively on Angola, in addition to other countries in southern Africa and the Gulf of Guinea. He has a Masters in International Development Studies and Public Administration from Roskilde University, Denmark, and completed Postgraduate Diploma courses in Public Financial Management from the Centre for Financial & Management Studies at SOAS.
