In their first trip to London following the adoption of the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s new cross-border derivatives rule, the speakers will explain the new rule and discuss ongoing international efforts to address gaps, overlaps and conflicts in the implementation of new OTC derivatives rules in the US, Europe and other jurisdictions.

Attendance is strictly by invitation only. To enable as open a debate as possible, the question and answer session will be held under the Chatham House Rule.
