Chatham House

This is a transcript of an event held on 27 June at Chatham House with Ambassador Mark Lyall-Grant, UK Permanent Representative to the United Nations.

The Ambassador outlined the UN's wide-ranging enforcement resolutions on Libya, and considered the impediments to reaching similar Security Council resolutions on other countries in the region. He argued that the role of the UN will be vital if the Arab Spring is to become an 'Arab Summer'.
