As well as trying to cope with the ongoing Russian invasion, complex and fluid internal dynamics remain in motion in Ukraine as a result of ongoing issues with the system of old rules and vested interests.
There is a strong demand and pressure from society and a new generation of policymakers for new rules, and the international support being provided to Ukraine to defend itself against Russia means a new future is inevitable.
