The person will be an effective communicator, with strong administrative skills and who enjoys working as part of a small team in an entrepreneurial and busy office. The person must be well-organized, discreet and reliable.
This position is a one year contract and plays a pivotal role within the close-knit Conferences team, contributing to the overall success of each event. The post-holder will gain insight into the international conferences business and the world of international affairs, acquire in-depth knowledge of key market segments, and develop relationships with delegates and partner organizations.
