Ino Terzi

Biography
Ino is the Stavros Niarchos Academy Fellow with the International Security Programme. Her research focuses on emerging technologies in the context of intelligence collection and analysis.
More specifically, Ino is researching the use of emerging technologies by violent non-state actors within their intelligence process. This research aims to decipher how, why, and to what effect emerging technologies are integrated in violent non-state actors’ intelligence capability. Previously, Ino was as an intelligence analyst at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), where she examined the arms trade between North Korea and Russia, as well as Russia’s clandestine supply chains of Western-manufactured critical dual-use technologies.
Ino holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. from the University of Macedonia, Greece.
