Ino Terzi

Biography
Ino is the Stavros Niarchos Academy Fellow with the International Security Programme. Her current research focuses on emerging capabilities in intelligence.
More specifically, she is researching open-source intelligence (OSINT) capabilities and the concept of employment of OSINT within NATO. Previously, Ino was as an intelligence analyst at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), working mainly on maritime intelligence and sanctions evasion by Russia and North Korea. She has worked for the Delegation of the EU in Washington, DC on military and civilian people-to-people initiatives.
Ino holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. Her dissertation examined the development of national identities for international signalling and internal cohesion.
