Our Queen Elizabeth II Academy Fellowships and Leadership Masterclass Programme develop future policy makers and drives positive change in world affairs.

We offer up to ten fellowships per year, to early and mid-career leaders. Our leadership programme supports the development of future policymakers with the ambition of driving positive change in world affairs.

Academy fellowships are an exciting opportunity to:

  • Build confidence and leadership skills;
  • Grow an understanding of critical international affairs issues and how to respond to them;
  • Develop a research project at a world-leading policy institute at a pivotal moment in a career;
  • Utilise mentoring opportunities for personal and professional growth; and
  • Connect with like-minded individuals and cultivate life-long relationships across our network.

The best part of the Academy Fellowship is the opportunity to meet and engage with people from an incredibly diverse range of backgrounds, gaining insights into the world from perspectives beyond my immediate social networks.  I have stepped out of my comfort zone and delved into topics I wouldn’t ordinarily have the chance to explore.
