Biography
Dr Linda Yueh is fellow in economics at St Edmund Hall, Oxford University, and adjunct professor of economics at London Business School. She is a member of the UK Soft Power Council, co-chaired by the secretaries of state for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
Dr Yueh is widely published and is editor of the Routledge Series on Economic Growth and Development.
Her latest book is The Great Crashes: Lessons from Global Meltdowns and How to Prevent Them. Her previous book, The Great Economists: How Their Ideas Can Help Us Today, was The Times’s Best Business Books of the Year, and Newsweek magazine’s Best Books of the Year.
Her areas of expertise include the economic outlook, international trade and economic diplomacy.
