Biography
Nick Bridge was a diplomat and civil servant for 30 years working in Asia, Europe and the US on global economic and environmental issues.
As Special Representative for Climate Change he established the world’s largest network of climate diplomats, played a key role at COP26 in Glasgow, and was appointed a Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George (CMG) by King Charles III in 2022 for ‘services to tackling global climate change’.
Nick is a strategic advisor on the political economy of the climate & environmental crises. He is Chair of the UK Houses of Parliament Energy & Environment Parliamentary Knowledge Scheme; Advisory Board Member at the Smart Surfaces Coalition; and Visiting Professor in Practice at the London School of Economics.
