Biography
Raquel Bonelli is a project coordinator in the Environment and Society Centre at Chatham House. Prior to joining Chatham House, she worked with climate finance, mainly transition finance and sustainable finance taxonomies at Climate Bonds Initiative.
She has also worked as a sustainability consultant for WayCarbon in Brazil on public policies to tackle climate change; as a Technical Consultant for CEBDS (the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development) focusing on green bonds, carbon pricing and climate change policies in Brazil and for the British Consulate in Rio de Janeiro in projects related to renewable energy.
She holds a BA in International Relations and an MSc in Climate Change, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex.
