Our individual membership packages provide exciting opportunities to interact and exchange ideas with leading politicians, political commentators, and policymakers at a wide range of high profile events, as well as use of our unique library.

Your gift recipient will enjoy a tailored experience on our website, allowing them to keep up to date on our latest research and events, plus access to our flagship publications and online resources.

How does it work?

Select the package which will best suit the recipient and add it to your basket. You can select whether the gift certificate should be emailed to you or to your chosen recipient. If you choose the former, you will receive it by email, which you can choose to email on to your recipient with a personal note or print and give to them.

Gift membership certificates are valid to redeem for up to six months from the date of purchase. To finalize membership, the recipient will be asked to submit a personal statement as part of the institute’s formal election process.

Once formally elected, they will then receive a special welcome pack including everything they need to know about their membership, alongside their membership card and a complimentary edition of The World Today magazine.

If you are already a member of Chatham House, you will receive a 10% discount on your renewal for every redeemed gift membership up to a maximum of 50%.
