Chatham House hosts the former Israeli Minister of Justice and initiator of the Oslo Peace Agreement, Dr Yossi Beilin, and Hiba Husseini JD, former Legal Advisor to the Palestinian peace process delegation and Managing Partner of Husseini & Husseini Attorneys and Counsellors-at-Law.

Dr Beilin and Husseini led on the development of The Holy Land Confederation (HLC), a plan for a possible Israeli-Palestinian confederation as a means of facilitating a two-state solution.

The discussion is moderated by Dr Yossi Mekelberg, Senior Consulting Fellow, Middle East and North Africa Programme, Chatham House.
