It will focus its attention on ensuring that new Ukraine emerge as a stronger market economy, pluralistic democracy, and a reliable international partner.

This document was prepared in partnership with the U4 Anti-Corruption Research Centre for the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) as part of the seminar Accountability in reconstruction: International experience and the case of Ukraine, held in Kyiv on 29 June 2022, and the Lugano Ukraine Recovery Conference
