Supporting Ukraine: Is the West doing enough?

— Assessing international efforts to ensure Ukraine achieves its new end goal for the war.

With Putin’s failure to capture Kyiv and his heavy losses on land and at sea, Ukraine has redrawn its end goal for this war, declaring that it will not settle for less than full control over all its territory.

Meanwhile, international partners seem willing to ensure Ukraine is in the strongest possible position on the battlefield for when the time comes to negotiate.

The speakers assess international efforts to achieve this new objective. They also review sanctions policy and economic assistance, and offer ideas on security guarantees.
