Isabella Wilkinson
Research Associate, International Security Programme
Biography
Isabella is a research associate in the International Security programme at Chatham House and part of the editorial team for the Journal of Cyber Policy.
Isabella specializes in cyber policy and how societies can build resilience to cyber threats. Her work covers international cybercrime policy, cybersecurity capacity-building, internet and cyber governance, cyber diplomacy, and combatting disinformation.
Isabella is on the UK Internet Governance Forum Committee. She is also part of the Leadership Team for Women in International Security UK.
Isabella has research experience at the intersection between democratic governance and technology policy. She has a master’s degree in Democracy and Governance from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from the London School of Economics.
