The meeting also offered specific recommendations to help guide Western governments and international organizations in constructing their policy in support of the economic transformation of a future democratic Belarus.
The meeting covered liberalizing and developing the private sector, restructuring state-owned enterprises, creating a social support system, macro-economic stabilisation, and various facets of international support.
