Biography

Nic Lawley took up the post of Special Advisor to the Director and Chief Executive of Chatham House in April 2025. 

Before joining Chatham House, Nic was Strategy Lead at YouGov, working on key projects including international acquisitions, elections and innovation developments. 

Previously he worked at a security consultancy, providing immediate 24/7 crisis management and end-to-end support to clients across the globe. Nic is a native speaker of both English and Spanish.
