Biography
Rowan Wilkinson is a research analyst for the Digital Society Programme, supporting research on democracy and emerging technologies. She is interested in the nexus between humanitarianism, international development and technology.
She formerly worked with the UN and NGOs in global development, crisis response, conflict and human rights. She has also developed research on humanitarian e-cash transfers and technology for countering extremism.
Rowan graduated with an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also has a BSc in Human Geography from Cardiff University.
