Biography

Rowan Wilkinson assists the International Law Programme and Digital Society Initiative at Chatham House. Through her work for various NGOs, a philanthropic fund and the UNICRI, Rowan has developed knowledge and experience working in human rights, IHL, emergency response, anti-slavery programming and counterterrorism.

She has an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics, and a BSc from Cardiff University.
