Biography

Zizette is an associate fellow with Chatham House MENA Programme. She is an independent consultant for a range of Middle East related initiatives and projects including track II diplomacy. She has previously worked for the United Nations and other international organizations covering political, electoral, legal, communications and humanitarian portfolios in the occupied Palestinian territory, Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia and Libya.
Her work included supporting national authorities to implement transparent elections and facilitation of national political dialogue processes. She is a lawyer by background and has served as a legal adviser to the PLO’s negotiations support unit.

She has an MA in Public Administration (Distinction) from Birmingham University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
