Ulana Suprun, Acting Minister of Health of Ukraine from 2016-2019, describes how health services in her country were transformed following Russia’s invasion of Crimea.
She gives her personal account of the challenges she faced due to disinformation. She also describes the vital need for trust between government and citizens to deliver effective and improved healthcare.

She made the comments during the launch of the Commission for Universal Health at Chatham House’s London Conference 2022.
